Change The World? … Possible!

I just want to say… mengubah sesuatu di luar diri saya… is simply by “do something and inspire”.

Working, giving training. Bahkan beliau pernah berada di Indonesia, memberikan training, pada saat di jalanan banyak tentara berbaret merah, hijau, berpatroli, day and night!

Every time he deliver a training, he always said to the trainees: right now is a matter of “the how”, 5 to 10 years from know, I will see you guys become “the who”.

Saya sangat terisipirasi sekali. It’s not only the words that really inspire me, but then, what he has done in his life (through his stories). He gives all of his experience to lots of people, by example of him. Dan dari setiap trainer2 itu, muncul para executive, software developer, web designer, even a director of a very high class software company.

One of the story: After about in 5 to 10 years after the professor deliver training to someone, a new director come to the professor and said: “Professor… you’re right, this is the new me… become ‘the who’ 5-10 years after you trained me well”.

And the professor smile and said: “it is you who train yourself”.

Well I thought He didn’t really realize that what he did, has changed a lots of things in the world, becouse he is really only in the world of studying and delivering training. He is very humble guy. But he always say “Indonesia has been changing a lot, everytime he comes to Indonesia”.

He didn’t want to change the world, but he can see the world is changing through his eyes.

So, in my point of view, when I do something and inspire, I will see my family, even my country, and the world, change with me.

Thank you so much, Professor Albert…

    Salam Mr. Indarto,

Thank u for ur birthday wish. I really appreciate it and honestly, i’m shocked. i never thought u would drop by. thank u again. actually i just want to send a thank u message, but ur recent blog topic really attracts me. so i read it.

i agree with u. if we want to change someone or any, the first things is we have to change ourselves. and changing is not easy especially our bad habits. but, it’s better to try than not trying.
i think dreams are so important to our life. Those dreams will make our life fulfilled and worth to life for. Dreams also give the drive force for us to live in a life we never regret. when the dreams become reality, it can be called as our success in life.

i believe ur dream to inspire people, hence make good changes to them is fulfilled, yet still growing. u’ve inspired many students during ur training and i think they appreciate that, as i do. thank u.

lastly, i would like to quote from henry david thoreau which his words really captivate me:

“if one advances confidently in the direction of his dream and endeavors to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours. If you have built castle in the air, your work need not be lost; that’s where they should be. Now, put foundations under them”

Isn’t those words beautiful and meaningful? i believe it. thus, i’m learning hard japanese language because i always imagine myself living in Japan in the next 2 years. nothing in this world is impossible if we really work hard on it. So, let us work hard together for our dreams. ganbaruzo..\(^0^)/

    till we meet again.
